Dance Dance Revolution: Ultramix brings home the arcade hit - for fun, excitement, competition, choreography and a great workout!

User Comments about the Dance Dance Revolution Ultramix

It has many great songs and is much like the PS2 DDR games. This revolutionized the DDR nation by playing online, downloadable song packs, and more. Also, you can do Challenge mode to do challenges on a certain song. When I got this game, I was so excited playing it. The edit mode lets you customize the steps to a certain song. This is the one of the two versions of DDR Ultramix (Along with Ultramix 2) to be unlocked through play. All the others (UM 3 & 4) unlock the song through Quest Mode.

Anyway, the songs on here are good, but most of the unlockable songs are great to play. The song wheel on there is basically a recoloring of the DDRMAX song wheel on the PS2. The sound is good, and so are the graphics. The ReviewGameplay 9/10Graphics 8/10Sound 10/10Overall 9/10

You have to earn your new songs and the songs get old after a long time. I had been playing on my friend's DDR game for awhile and I really liked hers. My mom bought this game for me awhile ago and I was really excited about it. So this game was fun, but it was nothing compared to my friend's. It's cool when you get a new song, but otherwise this game isn't anything special.

It's good but it doesn't have a beginner mode. Intermediate is way to fast for a beginner.

My daughter plays with it so often that she has 'aced' many of the songs at the beginner level and is now tackling some of the more difficult arrangements. I bought this game for my daughter for her 13th birthday. But, not only does she enjoy this game, my 10 year old son, his friends, my husband, and even I use it often. This game is not only fun and challenging, but best of all, GREAT EXERCISE. This was the easiest birthday party I have ever hosted. The minute she opened it, she and five of her friends put it together immediately. They LOVED it. We LOVE it.

I got it for 39.99 :-(. This is the first DDR game released for the Xbox. But yea this games definately a good DDR game. You can unlock new songs and features the more you play and the better you get at it. Gots good songs on it, good style with it. Good game. For 19.99, thats a killer price for this game. I recommend this game to new players and expirienced ones.
