Then after we couldn't get them to work & consulted Nintendo we found that the wireless adapter doesn't work for all multi-player games & there are only a few games that will work with the wireless version. I bought one of these for my daughter as a gift & found that I need one for each GBA or SP. So I bought another one for my son. Some gift.
Recommend this device and the GBA TV Adapter. Note, you can't use the wireless and cable, its either/or. You can hook up with multiple players using the wireless. We had a cable go bad on us, and I could never find a replacement.
I bought this for my daughter. We no longer have to be within cable reach. Finally, I saw the wireless device. Its easy to put on and take off. Also, with GBA, you have to have the newer games that says wireless.
The wireless is faster than cable. but at least in the same room. She and I play pokemon on GBA. Matter of fact, we have more fun now. Its not backwards compatible.
My children enjoy being able to play gameboy games together now with the adaptor.
I don't really believe it deserves 5 stars, 4 would be enough, but I'm just doing this to bring up the avarage.
This accesory is great as it allows you to play certain games wirelessly, but make sure you buy it INCLUDED with the Pokemon game. The price for buying it sepratly is almost half of the game with the wireless adapter included. So, save some money and buy this with the game.
