They are of course ugly as sin and the cord could be a little longer but you just can't beat them for the price. Wow, what a difference. Up until I purchased these Koss KSC75 headphones, I had only used Apple headphones with my iPods. They produce excellent sound and they are very comfortable. I run with these headphones and they never fall off and they cover my ears so they keep my ears warm on cold, winter days.
These things kick butt, very comfortable and sound great. You cant beat these for the price
These are as good as any portable headphones I've used, and I've tried a bunch. Very comfortable, too--standard earbuds don't seem to fit me.Between these and the (equally cheap) Sennheiser HD201s that I use at home, I am beginning to question the old maxim that you get what you pay for. Unless you're some kind of audio professional, get these and forget about those $100+ buds.
My jaw literally dropped when I put these on. They're that good. I can't believe these headphones cost less than $20. the sound is incredible.clear, bright, tight.the bass is awesome, the treble is stellar. I did do the "Kramer mod" with a dremel tool, but that took all of 5 minutes. Get them and get blown away.
Another feature: the phones are connected to ear clips which under stress will detach from the pads. This is an improvement on an earlier model. I like that. On my old one the plastic clips broke and were not replaceable. The pads on the old one were sturdy and indestructible. A plus and a minus. I don't like the pads on the new one; they are soft and replaceable. I have tried other brands of inexpensive earphones, and these are the ones for me.
