I bought this for out of state friends. Very easy to set up, excellent picture quality. Good price too, compared to the ones in store.

After downloading go into the options and uncheck "low-light boost." You will notice that there is virtually no frame rate lag, the other reviewers did not explore this webcam enough before returning it. I thought this product wasn't working when I first plugged it in but go to the Logitech website. I have not set up the microphone portion. This is an excellent value for the price. It installed easily, and provides a clear picture.It's easy to adjust to different light levels in the room. I would definitely recommend it for use with Yahoo instant messenger service.
