Editorial Reviews:

Donkey Konga 2 lets you put down the GameCube controller and avoid the sore thumbs, while you control Donkey Kong in a whole new way. As you drum along and collect bananas, you'll send Donkey Kong through challenging jungle levels. Help him jump, swing and fight enemies by tapping the conga drums in the right pattern. Prove you've got rhythm while sending a classic character on a new adventure. Special Conga Drum controllers included.

User Comments about the Donkey Konga 2 with Bongos

They are extremly hard. This I would have to say is a very fun game. You have to be some little kid that plays in your momma's basement all day to get good at those.Over all, its a great group game. I would recommend it. But I was completely wrong. The game offers loads of fun for all ages and can be fun either by yourself (Not recommended) or with up to 3 other people. At first glance I never would have thought it could be fun for people older than 12. When you have a bunch of friends together and you want to find a reason to make fun of one another than this will be your game.Watch out for those higher levels though. Good luck collecting all those Bongos.

attempt at the hard songs, but it's all worthwhile when you finally get to "clear" a song. My son bought this for our daughter and at first I thought, "GREAT, MORE STUFF TO CLEAN UP." But we haven't stopped playing it since. We laugh so hard at our first (or second, or third.). It totally ROCKS.

You got to get this game for your kid, I got it for Christmas and I love it. I love it even though I barley recognize any of the sogs. I love this great toy. I love this great game and you might think that the price is a little steep, I think it could be lowered, but it is great. This is a review by Gavin DeGraw Fan.

This game is great.I recomend this game to any parent who is buying a gamecube for their kids this holiday season. This game is REALLY fun. This game is also excellent in teaching your kids how to play the bongos in a way. The game comes with a set of bongos. On the bongos there is of coarse a right and left bongo and suprisingly also a clap sensor. I recomend it for children over the age of 6 or 7.

to me, maybe that's possible if the notes is memorized. This game is not bad. but is this a game about memorization.also, this game could improve by setting a mode that a "star" comes out instead of the LEFT/RIGHT/BOTH/CLAP, and with the star you can do LEFT/RIGHT/BOTH/CLAP and it still count as a "match". on the difficult level, the notes come out just too fast and you can't even match that to the tempo, not to mention you have to match the LEFT/RIGHT/BOTH/CLAP. you beat LEFT, RIGHT, BOTH, CLAP according to the music notes that scroll across the screen.however, for some songs, the beat of the song doesn't match that of the appearing note, even for the simple level. can you do 5 or 6 LEFT/RIGHT/BOTH/CLAP within 2, 3 seconds without mistake. that way, it can be simpler and it can work like the taiko drum master on ps2.
