It comes in a glossy, colorful box with a premium comic book and a corny "certificate of authenticity". Enticing, right. Jumping in diagonals is inconsistent and performing special moves and combos can be painful.Despite everything else in the package, the core product just is not sufficient for an ardent SF fan. This controller is all style and no substance. The 6 buttons are nice, but the D-pad is simply not responsive or accurate enough. After 3-4 days I put it back in the box and have not used it since. It may be a decent collectors item, but it's not a serious gaming tool.I bought it at a gaming shop for $14.99 (at a clearance price), and still feel I paid too much for it considering I'm never going to actually use it again.
Uh. The controller itself also looks impressive with its single D-pad, 6 button "fighting style" layout, and character graphics. no.Once you plug it into your Xbox and give it a spin, you find out that its performance is quite subpar, even inferior to the stock S controller(). I've seen these things listed by Amazon sellers for upwards of $29.99 or more, which is a total scam unless you're really some sort of avid collector.
