this is one of the best items I ever brought from amazon. It arrived in good time and the product was bandnew. I recomend this product to all xbox game system owners.
Although you cannot turn the xbox off, which is the only con, it is otherwise very useful and just amazing. A MUST BUY.
Product is very easy to use, just plug the reciever into the machine instead of a game controller and the remote operates the machine as any other dvd player would. I recommend plugging the reciever into one you don't normally use, that way you wont take it out regularly and get it lost.

Never seen a remote without a power button.
PROS- works fine.
Thus you CANNOT turn your xbox on/off with this remote.- cannot learn- not universal.
No IR connection problems.- great for people that don't already have a DVD player.CONS- doesn't play DVDs in progressive scan.
What.
They can make games in 480p (old HD) for the xbox.- takes up a controller port slot.
Why not.
Not a big deal, but if you often have 4 friends playing, you won't be able to leave it in all the time.- no backlit or glow- no eject button- no power button.
If you have lots of remotes, you're better off learning this one into a universal remote.- many people already own a DVD player, many with progressive scan.
