I am not familiar with all of the variations on gaming systems, so I assumed that "Nintendo DS" included the DS Lite. I'm not sure how well this product works because I have not taken it out of the box. After seeing the item up close, it's clear that it does NOT work with the DS Lite (what I bought it for). Don't make the same mistake I did.
Now, they dont need to worry and charge inside the car. It was a great replacement for my kid's nintendo ds. They play all around the place,and always out of charge. Charges quickly.
Now, I never do. I use this charger in the car almost every day. It works great because I tend to run out of power.
MY SONS THINKS ITS GREAT FOR WHEN WE GO OUT FOR THE WEEKEND HE CAN CHARGE HIS GAMEBOY UP.WITHOUT IT DYING ON HIM.
