Very disappointed to find that this would not work with my PSP slim (2000). Make one that is.
Bottom line, the product does what is designed to do and it does it pretty well. The only real criticism I have of the item is that is has some difficulty receiving somewhat weaker stations. One hint I would suggest for consumers of this product would be to reset the "go to sleep" setting on your PSP to NOT go to sleep. This item works as designed and works quite well. The product when connected to the PSP does not keep the PSP from going into sleep mode and thus the system will temporarily shut down (thus interupting radio reception of course). It is also a compact design and is easy to use.
i just bought this item a the stupid thing would not work then I go to griffins website to fingd that it's not comapatalbe with the Psp slim witch i have good idea bad product
I hate this product and wish that I had never bought it. It looks like that wont be happening and I'll be purchasing an iPOD sooner than expected. I bought this tuner so that I can listen to my PSP in my car because I was tyard of making CDs and wanted to wait until the new iPOD came out. This tuner will not even hook up to the radio and do what it is suppose to do. I read the instructions follow all the steps and still nothing.
But it is useless to me. Nowhere does it say that this does not work with the PSP slim. Unfortunately, I threw away the packaging and now I am stuck with it. Bummer.
