User Comments about the Rock Band

Guitar Hero is a big disappointment for me-why buy another game disk year after year of improvements. Better than Guitar Hero and more song selections. It kind of reminds me of microsoft never ending improvements of windows software. I did try the drums and it was good. RockBand gives you the option for Guitar or Bass. If you follow YOUTUBE's instructions on drums, you will get the hang of it. I really enjoy Rockband.

As a former avid fan of the Guitar Hero series, I was skeptical when my friends told me about Rock Band. I thought it would just be a rip off of GH. Rock Band is serious fun, especially for a group, and with all the downloadable content that's available and the ability to export the songs into Rock Band 2, this is the game to have.

This game is in constant use here on the FOB lots of fun for the players and spectaters. Great music.

you are wrong.

This game is an unexpected treasure, at least in my opinon.

Its easy to get lost in trying to do a good job when playing this, but dont take it too seriously.whenever i messed something up, i laughed at myself and continued to play.

Im not big into video games at all, but this one is definately worth playing.

"Im too old to play this updated version of a frisher price game"--BUT.

This would also be great to have if you are having a small get-together to make things more exciting. The concept seems a little cheesey, right.

heres why: there are alot of familiar songs that will bring a smile to your face as soon as you hear them, you can choose from a variety of roles to play (singer, guitarist, drummer), and lastly--its very easy to sit down with a few friends and play this game for hours and not even notice that the time flies by.The entire set, including the game is a little bit pricy, but its worth it.

I know what youre thinking.

Even the avid video game player could have fun with this and also do well, if they are looking for something light hearted.

I Like the game alot, I like to do vocals and guitar but seriously there are only like 5 or so songs that are fun to play. Most of the prloaded songs really suck and even with XBL Downloadable there are like 90% Terrible and 10% Good. Not to mention you have to be signed into Xbox live to play the songs you payed to download.
