I played four Naruto games from the Gamecube and the Playstation II thus far, (Naruto Clash of Ninja I & II and Ultimate Ninja II & III) and the best one is this one, Naruto Ultimate Ninja III. I really enjoyed this game, which is more challenging than the last one in the series. The environment you play in is more interactive, but some of the playing fields from NUNII are slightly different, but otherwise still awesome. The game is updated with more characters (including all the hokages, including Yondaime) which can be unlocked throughout playing the Storyline of the game. There are over forty characters that you can play as, and so many more things to do. If you are new to Naruto games in particular and own a PSII, than definitely try this game.
I do not know what's going on here but my PS3 can not play it. After couple minutes in game it stopped respond. I love the ninja games but makes no sence if I can't play it,
I especially love the cut-scenes for the ultimate jutsus they're the best. The third installment for the Ultimate Ninja series games for the PS2 console is the best made so far. I have tons of fun playing this game with friends at school and at home. Also its very fast game play so if you like fast game play with a lot of action going on at the same time with various items being used while fighting your opponent and ultimately if your a Naruto fan I definitely recommend you get this game A.S.A.P.
it has two stories and for everybody. i thought that this game is the best naruto game to date. it has changed fighting games with a unique story. one to tell people about it and one to just play around.
Mine is PAL. When I first ordered this game (4 weeks ago) I was ectastic I could finally play it. I was very dissapointed, don't get me wrong, the gameplay looks fantastic - But people outside North America (EG; Australia) I suggest you don't get this game. I suggest when ordering games from this site check your ps2/xbox or whatever you got to see what make it is before buying the game you want. I popped it in the PS2 and BAM.'Please insert a playstation or playstation 2 game'now, I retried it, and retried it again, nothing happened. It got here today. Until I read this was a NTSC U/C game made specifically for that type of playstation 2. I was very dissapointed because Amazon didn't warn me that it was a different region and asked if I still wanted to order it.2/5 stars overall, sorry.
