User Comments about the Margot's Word Brain

I bought this game specifically for the word search. It is far more challenging. If you're a word search fan, I highly recommend getting Touchmaster instead. I love to play. I was disappointed that it was not what I expected. This game was ok, but I really don't use it much.

Graphics are great and easy to play from the start. I love word games and believe that keeping your mind busy as an adult, or educating it as a child, is very important. Kids ages 10 and up would find it especially challenging and would be wonderful for vocabulary and spelling improvement. I wish I had several of these games in my classroom for my students to play in a center. You can challenge yourself or against others in each of the different ones or you can do the Brain Challenge that combines all of them at once. MARGOT'S WORD BRAIN has several different word games. It is quite addictive to try and outdo your last score. I liked the Mah Jong word game but I like this even better for the DS.

Everything the previous reviewers have said is true. This game has absolutely no redeeming qualities from the sound track to the 6 word games -- horrible. The worst videogame I have ever purchased.Since this is the second terrible video game I've played made by ZOO -- I plan to not buy their products in the future.

I have had more fun with my DS closed than I have with this game. My daughter's Math Play DS game had more witty wordplay than this game. Never in my life have I been so utterly disappointed in a game. I wanted a quick and simple game that would allow me to have fun creating words as opposed the loading and saving, 1 minute games that litter this cartridge. Sighs.

The most frustrating thing for me is that the stylus input is very erratic and it is difficult if not impossible, to correct input errors. I have a lot of word/logic games for the DS. Also, it would have been helpful to have a menu of the games with a picture to show you what you're about to play. The games are too simplistic for me. This looked promising, but is not a very good game. In several of the games, you cannot correct a letter input error, instead you have to click the "x" to clear the entire answer - and then in some instances, it penalizes you for having to do that. Instead, you have to cycle through each title - if you don't remember what it's about, you have to "launch" it to find out which one it is.
