I bought this for my sons nintendo DS, and it has saved it in several occasions from falls and scratches. It bounces when it falls to the floor causing no damage. The only drawback in my opinion is how hard it is to get off.
His older brother and sister both want one for their DS' also. I got one for my 5 year old to help with the inevitable drops and it has kept his DS in great condition. This is a great case. He can still access all of the buttons. The cases look good and keep the DS from getting broken.
All they needed was my product code. I got this to protect my DS. So I went to look at my product code but the case was covering it. When I tried to take it off my top screen on my ds almost came off. My screan is all scratched up so i went on to [.]. I was very pleased with it at first but now it is falling apart. to see what to do they said i shoulde send it in. If you want to take this case off in the future don't buy it.
HE PICKS AT THE EDGES AND SOMETIMES PULLS OFF LITTLE CHUNKS OF NERF AND THIS MEANS I NEED TO REPLACE EVERY 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR. AFTER MY SON BROKE HIS FIRST DS FROM DROPPING REPEATEDLY, I PURCHASED NERF ARMOR FOR HIS 2ND. I CANNOT BELIEVE NERF ARMOR WOULD BE REVIEWED AT ANY LESS THAN 5 STARS. HE STILL DROPS CONSTANTLY BUT IT COMPLETELY PROTECTS THE DS. STILL, AT ABOUT 15 BUCKS, I AM HAPPY TO PAY IT RATHER THAN DROP ANOTHER 130 FOR A NEW DS.

Over time I've bought a bunch of these to use for myself and to give as gifts. First of all, this Nerf material has some give to it. Additionally, some colors seem to not be sold on Amazon, namely the grey.Still, this case does the job at a fair price.
That includes open spots for the headphone jack, volume control, and stylus. If you need something more sleek and less bulky, the clear armor-lite should be on your list. If you are like me and protecting your case is priority #1, get this case.
At this size, they could have added more extras. Nintendo DS Lite Armor Lite Case However, that case doesn't provide the same level of protection as the Nerf material does. A case is really required equipment for any DS purchase, and this is one that should definitely be at the top of your list. Hands down, it has become my favorite DSL case. The Nerf Armor NDSL case lets you protect your Nintendo DS Lite at the right price. The original solid color cases, such as the Nintendo DS Black Nerf Armor, are in short supply, but now these bi-color combinations are available.
Second, this case is well designed with open areas to access ALL those controls, game slots, and key features of your game player. It has many pros and only a few cons.
The Armor-Lite case by Joytech also has slots for your stuff, and is a lot less bulky. It is simply impossible to consistently find the color combination you want, which is a bigger deal when buying this for your children.
My first game case didn't have this feature, and it's taken me 3 cases to land on this one.The main downside to this guy is the added thickness of the case. As such, this case is by far THE BEST when exposed to the drop test.
The biggest issue with this case has little to do with quality. Instead of cracking the case, the cushiony material will bounce slightly and in most cases keep your NDS intact.
